Ashley was born in Taiwan. Watching her mom Leslie’s performances while growing up really piqued Ashley’s interest in the violin. She started learning violin in 2020 in addition to piano, which she had started in 2019. She likes performing and enjoys playing together with her mom on the stage. She appreciates her Taiwanese background and has a strong sense of mission of preserving Taiwanese culture. Our group’s Taiwanese repertoire “Diu Diu Deng” is her all time favorite.
